800g of Golden Syrup
400g brown sugar
300g of Ale Yeast
300g of Light Crystal Malt
12g East Kent Gouldings Hops
12 g of ale yeast
OG 1.050 FG 1.010. = 5.25 % ABV after secondary fermentation + 0.5% = 5.75% ABV
