1.5lt of Liquid Amber ale malt
700g of milled Ale Malt
400g of milled Light Crystal Malt
850g of Golden Syrup
20g Pride of Ringwood Hops
12g East Kent Gouldings Hops
12g of Morgans Lager Yeast
5lt of tap water


OG : 1.047
FG : 1.012
IBU: 31

ABV : 4.61%

Round two

Real Ale

5lt of Tap water
1 Can of Coopers real ale
800g of Golden Syrup
400g brown sugar
300g of Ale Yeast
300g of Light Crystal Malt
12g East Kent Gouldings Hops
12 g of ale yeast

OG 1.050 FG 1.010. = 5.25 % ABV after secondary fermentation + 0.5% = 5.75% ABV
